Welcome! The Policy Bureaux of the Government Secretariat were reorganised on 1 July 2007. The policy responsibility of Airport and Aviation Services as well as Port, Maritime and Logistic Services previously undertaken by Economic Development and Labour Bureau is now taken up by Transport and Housing Bureau; the policy responsibility of Energy Supplies and Financial Monitoring of Electricity and Towngas Companies by Environment Bureau; the policy responsibility of Consumer Protection, Promotion of Competition, Tourism, Regulation of the Travel Agent, Meteorological Services and Postal Services by Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and the policy responsibility for matters relating to Labour by Labour and Welfare Bureau.
